Mary Stahlman, 86, Sidney, Ohio, passed away on Friday, February 9, 2024. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at 12:00 Noon at the Sidney First United Methodist Church, Sidney, Ohio. Burial will be at a later date.

We all loved Mary. She was a very special friend to my mom Sue Van Fossen. Mom was so sad after hearing of Mary´s passing. Both were 86 and were adored by their church , friends and family.

Sad to hear about Mrs. Stahlman's passing. She was my third grade teacher during the 1972-73 school year. I can't remember a lot about those days; but what I do remember, I do so fondly. My condolences to her family.

My mom and I are sad to know of Mary´s passing. But we are so blessed to have been her friends over the years and to share in her joy for life and the love she so generously shared with everyone she met! The world is a bettter place for Mary having been in it. We have no doubt that Mary is rejoicing in heaven, dressed to the nines with a margarita in hand! FROG!

Jeff and family. Mary was a great lady, teacher and friend. She did so many positive things and was involved with many great projects. I'm sure you will miss her many positive activities and be grateful for all the many positive and good memories you have. May God bless you and all your family.

Many good memories of Mary at Camp Wakonda. She wasn't really the camping kind, but she sure enjoyed the Wakonda Group with the families of the Brulports, Mastellers, Wagners, Cottermans, Van Fossens and Bergers. Her laugh was infectious. Was one of the kindest ladies I have ever met. She will be missed by so many. Thoughts and Prayers go out to her family. Rest easy Mary.

Mary was the sweetest lady I know. She was always willing to help anyone she came in contact with. Such a caring person who would send special notes to help them get through whatever troubles or sickness they had. She will be missed by so many with that special smile of hers. In loving memory of a wonderful person.
