We just learned of Neil and Carol 's passing and we would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the Yowell family. I met Neil and Carol when I worked at the Cooker Bar and Grille and he would come in for lunch often. He helped me out as a single mom when I needed help. I never forgot how that changed my life. I was lucky to know him.

The "Chief" will be greatly missed. His outgoing personality and unmatched generosity are traits that all should strive for. I feel comfort, knowing that he is now reunited with Carol. During our last visit, Bill gave him a great compliment, stating that Neil taught him the right way to be a boss.
