My condolences to the entire Di Salvo family. It has been many years since I moved from Kettering but I always tell anyone that is traveling to the Dayton area to eat at Di Salvo's - not only because the food and service are excellent but because of the warmth and genuine compassion of the entire family assured that any guest would be well received. Nick is too young to be taken from us but he has left the world a better place. May you rest in peace Nick. Your former neighbor - Tim Nauman

My sincere condolences and prayers to the family and friends of Nick.
What a great guy!
From the first time I came in until the last, Nick treated me with the utmost respect and care. For those who never met him or ate at his family restaurant all I can say is you've missed out on something and someone that was/is truly special.
All Nick wanted was for everyone to have the best dining experience of their live and he made that happen every time.

We are so deeply saddened for the entire DiSalvo family. Our prayers for comfort and solace are with each and every one of you.
Nick's uncanny ability to welcome EVERY guest with such enthusiasm and kindness will be forever missed. So many of our own family's special occasions began with Nick's loving greeting as we entered the restaurant. Nick made so many people feel so very special. God's love shone through so brightly in Nick's life that it was truly a blessing to step back and watch him in action!
Please know that your entire family has all of our love and prayers at this very difficult time.
