News Death Notice

McLEMORE, Norman "Bump" age 78 departed this life Thursday, November 11, 2010. Norman was born in Dayton, Ohio on November 28, 1931 to the late Sallie and Willie Cash McLemore. He was also preceded in death by (4) sisters and (2) brothers. Norman leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Alean McLemore; (9) children, Ronny (Roma), Norman (Valda), Cheryl (Aaron), Marsha (Keith), Robin (Michael), Danny, Brenda and Marvin; (2) brothers, William and Larry McLemore; (2) sisters, Lorraine Hill and Annie Phillips: (24) grandchildren; (36) great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, cousins and other relatives and friends. Celebration of his life will be held 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at Corinthian Baptist Church, 700 South James H McGee Blvd., with Reverend Mark Hunt, officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Interment will be held at West Memory Gardens Cemetery. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Charlene Fox, R.N. at Grandview Hospital and Hospice of Dayton for their kindness and care of Norman.
