Paul G. SCHAEFER II

1981 - 2018

SCHAEFER, II, Paul G. Age 36, of Butler Twp., passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 10, 2018. He was born August 3, 1981 in Dayton. Paul was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He enjoyed camping, hiking, traveling, snowboarding and he was an animal lover. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from West Virginia University and was employed as a salesperson for Hydrotech in Cincinnati. Paul is survived by his loving wife of the past seven years, Jennifer L. (Johnson) Schaefer; three young children, Paul G. III, Gabriel Q. and Rowan W. Schaefer; father, Paul G. Schaefer (Debra); mother, Elizabeth Ann Schaefer (Michael Dombi); maternal grandmother, Juanita Wampler; brother, David Schaefer (Kim); and by two sisters, Trish Falcone (Steve) and Lisa Davis (Aaron) and by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins & friends. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday (1/16) at the Vandalia United Methodist Church, 200 S. Dixie Dr., Vandalia. Pastor Michael Malcosky will officiate. The family will be receiving friends from 3:00 p.m. until time of service at the church. In lieu of flowers, family & friends are strongly encouraged to contribute to an education fund established for Paul's children. Envelopes will be available at the church.
