Penni was Miss West Virginia in 1970 of baton twirling and won many trophies and competitions. She retired from Community Hospital and later went on and worked at Fersenius Dialysis Clinic. She loved her grandchildren and the love for her dogs. Penni enjoyed riding with her husband on his Harley. She gave joy and happiness to everyone and loved to dance and sing for her patients. Penni was a true angle and will be sadly missed by everyone who knew and loved her. Survivors include her loving husband of 38 years, Darrell "Mick" Parker; one son, Brad Parker of Springfield; two step-daughters, Melissa Snider and Lori (Preston) Montgomery both Houston, Texas; two sisters, Candi Biddle of Springfield and Patricia (Eric) Venis of Mt. Vernon, Ohio; one brother, Tim (Tonja) Sheller of Mt. Vernon, Ohio; three grandchildren, Brianna, Harlee and Hayden and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother, Thomas Sheller and one niece, Shauna Parker. Penni was my sexy biker babe and she was the only one I would let stick me at dialysis. She would perform her dance moves for the patients, we loved it. I will never forget her. And Penni please keep an eye on my mom in heaven like you did at dialysis. Peace be still family.

I was blessed to visit Penni at the hospital last Friday. My favorite memory was dancing with her in the middle of the unit. The patients totally loved watching the 2 "old" ladies dancing. When I was with her I told her that God was waiting for a good dancer in heaven. Praying for your family
