To All the family
I will remember the time at Manmma Disavo's, for lunch, when someone asked Pete what was wrong. Pete said he had an employee who had just ran the lift trunk into the over head door for the third time.
Someone said, why don't you just fire him. Pete said he was a hard worker and was married with with four children.
This is old school when management cared about their employees.
This was the type of person Pete was. He will be missed.

To the whole Mauro Family: I know the pain and hurt you are feeling right now. I am deeply saddened to hear the news. I sincerely offer my deepest sympathies at this time. I consider it an honor to have met Mr.& Mrs. Mauro at their deli. All because I accepted an invitation from Tony to meet him there for lunch. They treated me extremely well. It quickly became a favorite spot! I pray that you will find comfort at this time.

To the Mauro Family,
My prayers go out to the Mauro family. I met Pete years ago as a co-op student at Delco Products in our Model Shop. I was very fond of Pete and he would often give me career advice. I will cherish the memories and thank God that I had an opportunity to meet such a nice and loving person. May God continue to bless and keep your family.
