News Death Notice
SEER, Sr., Peter P. 86, of Dayton, passed away Friday, June 22, 2012. He was born in Wayne County, Indiana on February 2, 1926 to Peter & Mary (Zapatony) Seer. Peter was retired from Chrysler Air Temp after 30 years of service. He served our country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Frances Seer in 2008. Survived by 2 sons, Peter Seer, III and Warren Seer; daughter, Terri Olson; 3 grandchildren, Kevin, Jacke Olson Nelson (Chuck) & Nichole; great grandchildren, Anthony & Braxton & Lauren Brook. Funeral service 1:30 p.m. Monday, July 2, 2012 at the GEORGE C. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, "Northridge Chapel," 5040 Frederick Pike at Needmore Road. Pastor Luke Frazier, officiating. Interment Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday one hour prior to the service (12:30-1:30 p.m.) at the George C. Martin Funeral Home. When all of you come to my mind....follows a big smile and love. Grandpa & Grandma are united. I consider myself blessed for all the times,& things they spent & did for me. I miss them dearly. Uncle Warren & Pete please stay strong. I love all of you
