News Death Notice
McCUTCHEON, Rebecca "Becky" 62, of Springfield, passed away unexpectedly on November 23, 2014 while on vacation in New York City. She was born October 28, 1952 in Wilmington, DE the daughter of George and Jeanne (Loughery) Johnson. She was retired from the United States Air Force after working 29 ½ years in financial management. Becky will always be remembered as a loving, devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She loved to travel and was happiest when surrounded by her friends and family. She was a member of St. Raphael Catholic Church where she was an active volunteer with several organizations and was a volunteer with Community-Mercy Hospice. Survivors include her husband of over 40 years, Mac McCutcheon; two children and spouses, Jamie & Bridgett McCutcheon, Springfield and Shannon & Matthew Packard, Ripley, WV; four grandchildren, Bode and Harper McCutcheon, Killian, Kimber and Baby Packard; four siblings, Mary Johnson, Florida, Gael & Doc Deldeo, Delaware, Patricia & Jim Clarke, Delaware and Margaret Johnson & Alan Shepard, Florida; nephews, Michael Deldeo and Jason Clarke and nieces, Megan Deldeo and Amanda Clarke. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Jeanne and Geraldine Johnson and a brother, Terrance Johnson. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 1:00 to 3:00 pm in the CONROY FUNERAL HOME, Springfield, Ohio. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 10:00 am in St. Raphael Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Dayton National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Community-Mercy Hospice, 444 W. Harding Rd., Springfield, Ohio 45504.
