Only now 13 years later did I think to search for Dr. Bahr's name. Wished I knew when he passed . We all loved him, he was our family doctor since 1975 until he retired. He helped my son through 51/2 years of high fevers and at times intense pain. Through his expertise and following his directions he made it possible for him to get well and finish high school with his class. He also really saved my life, something he never knew. He called the night before I was to check in the hospital for surgery the next day, which was comforting. We were blessed to have had him as our doctor and in our lives. He was a true gentleman. (I always fantized I was his favorite patient .)

I had the great priviledge of having Dr Bahr take care of my health from 1961 until he retired from medicine (32 years). He was one-of-a-kind and a wonderful person. I am truly sorry to hear of his passing. Jerry Friedman

I am sad to hear of his passing. He was my doctor when I was little. I did not like getting a shot from him , but he kept me healthy. I realize now years later how blessed I was to have known him. My heart goes out to his family.
