Scott Jones Obituary
Scott H. Jones, age 75, of Harrison, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. He was born on March 31, 1950, to the late Donald Harold Jones and his mother Joyce (Fite) Jones. Scott was a United States Army Veteran. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, and was a proud father and grandfather. Scott is survived by his wife of 52 years, Karen Jones; his mother, Joyce Jones; children, Ben (Sarah) Jones and Beth (Marie Matrka) Hoskins; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Gwen, Brayden, Owen, Drew, Stella, and Julia; sibling, Jeff (Carla) Jones; his nephew, Travis (Breanne) Jones.
Scott was preceded in death by his father, Donald Jones and his niece, Rachel Jones. A visitation will be held at Charles C. Young Funeral Home, 4032 Hamilton Cleves Road, Ross, Ohio on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 12:00 PM until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM. Burial to follow at Darrtown Cemetery. www.charlesyoungfuneralhome.com
