To the Kirby family,
Losing a man like Tom is never easy, each of you will be in my family's prayers. Tom always made it a point to talk to me whenever I came to the office and always asked my mother how my sister and I were doing. He was such a kind man, that has left a legacy not to be ignored or forgotten. I have been praying for each of you. God Bless

To the Kirby family...

My thoughts and prayers are with you... Tom and Jeff have done legal work for me in the past + I went to school with Jeff, John and Jenny for awhile back before they moved to Franklin. I remember that time really well. Mr. & Mrs. Kirby was always so very nice and generous to me. My heart really goes out to all of you; I lost my Father a little over a year ago and it is still very hard for me. Take care of each other and I'll be thinking of you...

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your families. Thomas B. made a lasting mark on my life and I will never forget his generosity, compassion and spirit. He gave me my start in the legal profession. He taught me so much with open arms. He was more than a boss, he opened his life and his family to me and for that I will always be grateful. He believed in me at a time when I needed it most and I am a better person for it. He was one of the best men I have ever encountered in this lifetime. He was one of a kind. You will be greatly missed Thomas B.

Good friends are a preious gift and Tom was very much one to me. My husband and I were transferred from Middetown by Monsanto. Though years passed still just a phone call to Tom and again he was generous with his wisdom and great listning skills.
Tom was so so proud of his wife and family.
He well deserved to be a part of the Hall of Fame in Franklin.
God will put him in his Hall of Fame for true friends and great fathers.

I was deeply saddened to learn of Tom's death. I worked with Tom's son, Jeff, many years ago at the Free Press in Springboro. I remember Tom as one of the most likeable people I had ever met. I also remember him as an excellent attorney and a devoted family man who beamed with pride at the accomplishments of his children. I feel blessed for having had the privilege of knowing Tom way back when. My heartfelt sympathies are extended to his family. I will keep you all in my prayers.
