Leen, Thomas J. "Tom"

Leen, Thomas, age 82, passed away peacefully in Port Saint Lucie, Florida on December 23rd surrounded by his loving family. Tom was a man of immense integrity, wisdom, optimism and pride. He cherished every moment spent with his loved ones. He was a devoted husband of 59 years, father, and proud grandfather to his five grandchildren. Thomas was an avid golfer and member of Sugar Valley Golf Club for 25+ years. He was a member of Dayton Rotary Club. Thomas was devoted to God and the Catholic Religion and prayed daily for his family and friends. His memory will be cherished by all who knew him. He is survived by his loving wife, Judith; sons, Brian (Jennifer) Leen, Randy (Jennifer) Leen; grandchildren, Sophie, Gavin, AJ, Olivia, and Jack; sister, Mary Young, Judy (Larry) Whitehead and many loving nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. He is predeceased by his parents Thomas and Maxine Leen; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Maurice and Virginia Pence; and by a brother in-law, David Young. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, January 18th at 10:30 am at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 4500 Ackerman Blvd 45429. If unable to attend in person, please join us in prayer and participate virtually at: www.stcharles-kettering.org Burial will follow the Mass at David's Cemetery. A Celebration of Tom's Life and reception will be held at Sugar Valley Golf Club January 18th from 1:00 to 5:00 pm, 1250 Mead Road, Bellbrook, 45305 In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Parkinson's Foundation.
