Family-Placed Obituary
PALMER, William Bryan "Bill" age 57, a resident of Miamisburg, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 2, 2007 at his residence. Bill was born February 1, 1950 in Dayton, OH to the late Franklin E. Sr. and Madonna M. (Kreitzer) Palmer. He is survived by his wife, Anita; 2 daughters, Mandi (Jason) Winkler and Tiffany (Ricky) Pigman; 1 son, Billy (Audrey) Palmer; 4 brothers, Mike (Cindy), Pat (Pati), Joe (Mary), Frank (Nancy) and Dick (Donna) Palmer; 2 sisters, Mary Evelyn Havens and Rozanne (Tim) Kreitzer; 2 grandchildren, Ritchie Winkler and Alyssa Palmer; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dow Jr. and Mildred Sutton; sister-in-law, Alicia Overman; and other numerous relatives and friends. Bill was a graduate of Miamisburg High School Class of 1969. He owned and operated Palmer's Farm Market for 24 years. He was a member of American Legion Post #165 and the Eagle's Lodge. Bill was a huge fan of U.D. Basketball and Miamisburg Football. Memorial Services will held on Monday, August 6, 2007 at 8:00 PM from the GEBHART-SCHMIDT-PARRAMORE FUNERAL HOME, 508 E. Linden Ave., Miamisburg. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 6:00 PM until time of service. The family suggests in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to Palmer's Farm Market in Bill's memory.

I recall all the times my brother John and I spent on Sundays at the Palmers for lunch. Good things to think about when remembering Bill. My dad saw Bill the night before he passed, and they had a nice talk. I am sorry I was unable to be at the services for the family. The Palmers are part of my family, with Pat and Joe and the rest.
