Carter E. Meaike, three-week-old son of Tarron and Jennifer Meaike of Council Bluffs, died Sunday at Children's Hospital in Omaha, Neb.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home in Council Bluffs, with interment in Garner Township Cemetery.
The Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home of Council Bluffs is in charge of arrangements where visitation with the family will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday. Memorial to the family are preferred.
Survivors include his parents; grandparents Debra and Mike Wingerd of Glenwood and Lonnie and Kimberly Meaike of Manilla; great-grandmothers Mae Wagaman of Glenwood and Cecelia Almodova of El Paso, Texas; great-grandfather Woodrow Bare of Clarinda; and great-grandparents Larry and Sherri Schnoor of Manilla and Leonard and Barb Wingerd of Glenwood.
