Laura Beitler Obituary
Laura was a parishioner of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church and a member of its Rosary Society.
She retired from Fleetwood of Decatur, following 27 years of service.
Among survivors are her husband of 42 years, Ronald K. Beitler; son, Philip E. Beitler; daughter, Erika E. (Joe) Hebble; five brothers, Robert "Nutty" Mendez, Ike (Susan) Mendez, Johnny (Crista) Mendez, Jimmy Mendez and Tim (Jennifer) Mendez; three sisters, Sandra Canales, Kathleen Lopez and Susan Mendez, all of Decatur; and nine grandchildren, Jillian, Claudia, Pierce and Vanessa Hebble, Rebekka, Roxanna, Justuin, Jaidyn and Korbin Beitler.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church, with Father David Ruppert officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. Thursday at Haggard-Sefton-Hirschy & Zelt Funeral Home, with Reciting of the Holy Rosary at 2:30 p.m., and for one hour prior to the Mass Friday, from 9-10 a.m., in the St. Mary's Parish Hall.
Preferred memorials are to the family.

Ron so sorry to hear that Laura has passed, i have many great memories of Laura from St Joe and of you at fleetwood we had some fun when you lived on 224 Also Ike and Johnny your whole family always treated the gremaux so good God bless you all
