ABE HOFFECKER Obituary
Mr. Abe Hoffecker, Sr., age 31 of Wilmington, DE, passed away suddenly on Friday, August 12, 2005.
Born in New London, CT on October 18, 1973, Abe had been a resident of Wilmington for most of his life. He was employed with the Dewson Construction Company, where he worked as a carpenter for the past 8 years. Abe enjoyed NASCAR, fishing, dog sled racing and spending time with his family, especially his children.
Abe is survived by his children, Brittany, Dakota and Abe, Jr.; his fiancée, Stephanie Hickey; his mother and stepfather, Nancy (Corduan) and Wayne Bryant, Sr.; his brother, Paul Eric Condon; and his sister, Melissa Akers. Abe is also survived by his grandmother, Evelyn C. Flook; his uncle, Kent D. Corduan; his aunt, Cap Corduan; and his nieces; nephews and cousins.
The funeral service will be held at the CHARLES P ARCARO FUNERAL HOME, 2309 Lancaster Ave., Wilmington (opposite Cathedral Cemetery), on Thursday morning, August 18, at 11 am. Family and friends may call after 10 am. Interment will be held privately for his family.
