Ms. Collins departed this life March 2, 2015. She was the daughter of Mr. Robert and Mrs. Jacqueline Collins, Sr.; sister of Robert G. Collins, Jr., Kim Manning, and the late Crystal Collins; a host of other relatives and friends. Angel worked as a chef at Hearth Restaurant in Odessa, DE for many years. In her early years, she regularly attended Dale United Methodist Church. Funeral 1pm Sat., March 7th at Dale United Methodist Church, 143 East Lake St., Middletown, DE 19907; viewing 11am until 12:45pm only. Burial, Private
