Annie Andrews Obituary
AGE: 93 • Wilmington
Departed this life on October 31, 2016. She was the wife of the late Theophilus Andrews. She is survived by her daughter, Brenda A. Washington of Okemos, MI; a sister, Rev. Dr. Mary B. Duff of Philadelphia, PA; granddaughters, Lynne Washington of Alexandria, VA, Laura Washington of Nashville, TN; great grandson, Roman Michael Lopez and special friend, Jeanne Nutter.
Mrs. Andrews worked as an elementary teacher in Maryland and Elbert and Pyle Elementary Schools in Delaware before retiring in 1985.
She was a member of Phi Delta Kappa Sorority, Inc. and Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd. She chaired the Baked Goods table at the Arden Fair for many years. She also volunteered as an Usher at the Grand Opera House.
Memorial Service, 11AM., Mon. Nov. 7th at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 1530 Foulk Rd., Wilm, DE. There will be a Phi Delta Kappa Ceremony
at 10:30AM.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Lorelton Assisted Living Center for their compassionate care.

Brenda and Family:
Was so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. Your Mom and Dad where amazing, wonderful and kind people. Your Mom was a shinning star and I will savor all of my memories of them and going to the Arden School with Brenda. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
