Steve and Diane:

Although I only had the pleasure of meeting Ben a few times, he was always a bright ray of sunshine. He reminded me so much of my son, Stephen, which made me feel like I knew him much longer than I actually did. He was just an all around likeable guy with a huge heart. I will always cherish fond memories of him on the fishing trip where the guys almost swamped the pontoon boat (and I didn't know that was possible until then). I still smile when I think of it. He will be dearly missed, until we all meet again one day. So very sorry for your loss.

Steve and Diane, I am so sorry to hear about Ben. I only knew Ben for about 10-years but enjoyed his bright smile and great sense of humor. He would walk past Mike's house on his way home from school and take the time to sit on the slate wall and pet the 3 dogs. I believe Jackie was his favorite other than his own, Bailey. I would wave or step out of the office for a short conversation. Ben was always a happy and enthusiastic person to speak with. My thought and prayers are with you and your extended family and friends.

I lost my son at 17 and I can relate to your pain. I am so sorry for your loss. One thing that I wish I had done was to have saved something with his fingerprint on it. A fingerprint is unique to the person. My thoughts are with you.
