Charles Reese Obituary
Baltimore, formerly Hockessin, DE - Charles Dana Reese, "Dana," 61, of Baltimore, MD (formerly of Hockessin, Delaware), passed away unexpectedly at his home on July 6, 2020. Born in Wilmington, Delaware, on August 16, 1958, he was the son of the late Charles and Marilyn Reese.
Dana is survived by his sons, Christopher Charles Reese, of Philadelphia, PA, and Adam Dana Reese (Morgan Pfister) of Washington, DC, his daughter Salena Marie Reese of Philadelphia, PA, his sisters Sheryl "Sherry" Dicarlo (Tony) of Pennsauken, NJ, and Karen Lynn Reese (Susan Phillippe) of North Wales, PA, and his niece, Shanna Elizabeth DiCarlo of Pennsauken, NJ.
A service of remembrance will be held in conjunction with his mother who passed away on October 16, 2020. The service will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, beginning at 12:15 PM, at the Mealey Funeral Home, 2509 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE. Burial was private in Sykesville, MD.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Helping Up Mission, 1029 East Baltimore Street, Baltimore, MD 21202 (www.helpingupmission.org), Catholic Charities, 320 Cathedral Street, Baltimore, MD 21201 (www.catholiccharities-md.org) or Echo House, 1705 W. Dana was a great friend in high school. I have wonderful memories of the great times we had. My brother an I still laugh at some of those memories. He was a big personality. We lost touch after high school and college and I was saddened to hear of his passing. He will be missed

Dana was a childhood friend of mine....we lost touch these recent years- but the memories of adolescence and growing up never fade. So sorry to hear of his passing. Gone too soon. RIP Dana.-
