Christopher Trumpler Obituary
Hockessin, Del. - Christopher Trumpler , age 24, finished his race and gracefully returned to his heavenly father on February 8, 2018.
Big things come in small packages and this was certainly the epitome of Chris' life. Although he could not speak, his life spoke volumes. He could not walk, but has traveled miles. His impact on people was and is far greater than even he could imagine.
Christopher enjoyed life and did not let his physical limitations hinder him. His favorite past times included listening to audio books, going to the moves and attending his day program at C.E.R.T.S. He also enjoyed participating in Special Olympics
Chris was a devoted Eagles fan and was thrilled for their Super Bowl win
Left to cherish Chris's memory are his parents, George and Linda Hartzel, God-mother, Tykisha Brown, and siblings; Kelly Snyder (Duane), Brian Hartzel ( Adriana ), Lisa Camilli ( Dan ), Matt Hartzel and Sabar Harris and a host of nieces and nephews
Heartfelt thanks go to Bayada Nurses, John G Leach, C.E.R.T.S. Day program and Heartland Hospice for their excellent care, love and support for Christopher especially Tykisha and Shawn for their special love and support.
A celebration of Christopher's life will be held on Saturday, February 17th at 2:00 PM at CHANDLER FUNERAL HOME, 7230 Lancaster Pike, Hockessin, DE 19707, with a visitation beginning at 1:00 PM. Interment will be private.

Thank you Chris for your personality, for all the interactions which we have had over the years. You were always my "Cool Dude," whether you were wearing you shades when you arrived or left, but most especially with you Spirit. I will miss you. You filled a part of peoples hearts which is now empty. May God bless and protect you, and forever be with him in his kingdom.
