AGE: 80 • Wilmington

Clarence Lee Bullock, beloved father , brother, grandfather , uncle and friend, age 80, of Wilmington, DE peacefully went home to the Lord while surrounded by his loved ones on October 12, 2017. Clarence graduated in 1955 from Mount Pleasant High School. His senior year he won state medal for first place in the mile competition for track. He joined the Army Reserves out of High School. While in Reserves he earned ranking of First Class Sargent, and became a Sharpshooter. After graduation, he began working with the Plasterers Union Local 38 (now Local 592).

Clarence a 60 year member of Operative Plasters & Cement Masons International Association, was a Master Ornamental Plaster. He was employed by Lowe Brothers, Guy C Long and Cassidy & Company. He enjoyed auctions, flea markets and yard sales. He was always on "the hunt". He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his sister Anna Bove of Wilmington, his son Briant Bullock of Georgetown, his daughter Tamera Bullock Butcofsky, two grandsons James Jordan III and Brett Butcofsky of Newark, numerous nieces and nephews , and his best friend and partner Bonnie Davis of Wilmington. In Lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at 11:15 AM at Brandywine Valley Funeral Care, 412 Philadelphia Pike, Wilmington, DE 19809. Friends and family may gather for the visitation hour beginning at 10 am at the funeral home.
