David Moore Obituary
Newark - David B. Moore, Jr., 60, of Newark, DE, went home to be with the Lord on July 8, 2021. He attended Glasgow High School in his home state and graduated in 1978. After dedicating several years to General Motors and C & D Contracting, he went on to become an entrepreneur beginning a business of his own, Stump-B-Gone. He loved his family and worked hard to grow his business. In his spare time, he enjoyed shooting pool, fishing, and fast cars.
David is survived by his parents, David B. Moore, Sr. and Barbara Van Pelt Lee (Dennis); his loving wife, Dawn Moore; son, David Moore III (Kelli); daughter, Leah Foster; brothers, Dennis Moore and Jimmy Sellers (Tanya); and grandchildren: Alyse, Dylan, Drew, and Derek. He was preceded in death by his son, Daniel B. Moore in 2018.

Sorry to read about Dave there was a really good guy I always hired him to do my tree work when I was replacing concrete and needed some tree roots or a tree removed he was the man to call rest in peace God bless you and your family

My deepest condolences to the families... Dave was a great and successful man..Lived around the corner from him a long time ago.. We were friends...I remember the white camaro and the blue van he had..He took down a tree in my back yard when he first started his company...May GOD bless him and his family.. R.I.P. Dave Moore
