Debra Picard Obituary
Debra Ann "Debbie" Picard, age 61 of Bear, DE passed peacefully at home with her family at her side on July 21, 2021. She was an amazing wife, mother, and Grandmother.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 28th from 5-7 pm, the service will begin at 7 pm at the Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home, 212 N. Broad St., Middletown, DE 19709. Interment will be private. Visit Daniels-Hutchison.com to read full obituary.

I am so very sorry to hear about Deb. It breaks my heart for her and her family. She was such an amazing person and loved her family so much. We worked together and she spoke often of the love for her family. She will be missed very much. Rest In Peace my friend until we meet again.

To Mrs. Hickman, Jeff, Kenny, Gabby and the rest of he family. I was so sorry to hear of the passing of your daughter, wife, mom and grandmom. I met Debbie while living at the complex where she worked and we became friends. Debbie was such a helpful, thoughtful, resourceful and caring person. I eventually took Kenny her son, as my son who has the same qualities his mom had. Debbie will surely be missed. Sleep in Peace Debbie.

Debbie,
Your road name was "Sunshine" for a very good reason. It was so fitting, because everywhere you were, your smile brought a little bit of "sunshine" into everyone's life. You were always so pleasant and caring, and those qualities about you will be greatly missed. Although we all share in this sadness, we also know that you are dancing with the Lord tonight, free from all the pain you have endured in the past year. We love you, young lady, and we will miss you. We look forward to seeing you again one day when the Lord calls us all home. Until then, you will always be in our thoughts, hearts, and prayers....
