John S. Clough, Sr.

John S. Clough, Sr. age 69, of Bear, DE, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2013. John served in the US Marine Corp. He enjoyed fishing and watching movies. Most of all John will be remembered for being a very family oriented man who was a loving husband, father, and Pee Pop.

John is survived by his wife of 48 years, Pearl; 2 sons, John Clough Jr. and wife Babita, and Ronald Clough; 7 grandchildren; 2 brothers, Merritt B. Clough, Jr. and wife Nancy, and James Clough; and 2 sisters, Mary Alice Williams and husband John, and Thelma Welch. He was preceded in death by his parents, Merritt and Mary Clough; and sister, Carol Fontechio.

A visitation will be held Thursday, April 11, 2013 from 10-11 AM in the Strano & Feeley Family Funeral Home, 635 Churchmans Rd., Newark, DE 19702 followed by a service in celebration of John's life at 11 AM.
