Josephine (Baily) Joslin

Josephine (Baily) Joslin, age 93, of Rehoboth Beach, DE, died on Monday, June 11, 2007 in Rehoboth Beach.

Mrs. Joslin was born October 17, 1913 in Wilmington, DE, daughter of the late James Ralph Baily and Daisey Brooke (Hill) Baily. She had attended Tower Hill School in Wilmington, and Stuart Hall School, in Stanton, VA. Mrs. Joslin was a member of the Junior League of Wilmington, and The Colonial Dames. She relocated to Rehoboth Beach from Wilmington in 1992.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Joslin was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Hawes Joslin in 1985. She is survived by 1 daughter, Anne Joslin Hubbard and her husband, Paull of Rehoboth Beach, DE; 2 sons, Theodore Goldsmith Joslin of New Castle, DE, and Richard Hawes Joslin, Jr. and his wife Ruth Ann, of King of Prussia, PA; a sister, Elizabeth Baily Siner of Winter Park, FL; 5 grandchildren, Joslin Hubbard Nagle, Paull Fife Hubbard, Jr, Theodore Joslin III, Brooke Joslin Cook, and Stephen Dorsey Joslin; and 5 great grandchildren.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday, June 16, 11 am, at Immanuel Episcopal Church on the Green, New Castle, 100 Harmony Street, New Castle, DE. Interment will be private.
