Every interaction I was privileged to have with Justin was full of joy and passion. I admire his ability to connect with people and leave them feeling better for having spent moments in his company. To share an act of Justin's wholehearted kindness: There was a local runner who was tragically struck by a car while running and did not survive. Upon hearing this, Justin rallied the forces to run miles in that man's honor, proving that every life is worth taking steps to celebrate, even if you've never met them. Justin will be remembered as such a bright light. My condolences and deepest sympathies to all family and friends.

Jeff and Marianne,
I am so sorry to hear about Justin. I cannot imagine how you are enduring his loss. I ran into him about a year ago and we had a great conversation. I knew then that he had been sick but had no idea of the severity until recently. Nevertheless going thru all of the ups and downs he was so sweet and I admire him for staying strong no matter how sick he was. Hugs to you and the rest of the family. Be proud of your boy and stay hopeful that someday you will see him again.

Dearest Julie, Mark, Heather, Gene and family,
Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with all of you whose lives were touched by this obviously wonderful young man. And for all of us who've had the opportunity to walk along some of the same lonely and painful paths as Justin, let us view ourselves with clarity and honesty; help us, Justin, to pick up that phone....to ask for help or to offer help when we are called upon......let Justin's life (and death) remind us that we all only have today......help us to practice kindness, understanding, acceptance and willingness....help us to remain vigilant....to keep doing the work necessary to enjoy freedom from active addiction. God Bless you and yours Justin; I pray you have found peace.
With Much Love & Respect,

I lost my son 2 1/2 years ago. I can imagine how devastated you are. Justin was such a nice guy and he always talked about how much he loved his mom. Like my son Nick, they tried and tried, but lost their battle. If you get to the point where you would like to speak to someone who had also lived through this unimaginable nightmare, please message me on fb under Beth Yarlas-Heggan I will be a good listener. You are in my prayers.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Rogers family.
Justin was an amazing person, who made the world a better place. He always brought light to the room, and had a way of seeing the positive side of any person or situation. His sense of humor was second to none, and he had a big heart.
One thing that stands out in particular about Justin, is that he was able to excel at anything that he attempted.... Biking, running, skateboarding, snowboarding... You name it. If he decided he was going to do something, you knew that he was going to be great at it.
Justin, you will be missed, but not be forgotten. Until we meet again.

So sorry for your families loss. Justin will be well missed, He was such a amazing friend to have around! Justin was always very thoughtful and always the first to help those in need! Justin is, and will always be, very well known and respected in the Delaware biking community. He truly had an infectious personality. He was always so passionate, and enthusiastic about the little details and very witty and quick with the jokes! So sorry to hear this news and would like to send my deepest condolences to the family.
