KATHRYN TUTHILL Obituary
Mrs. Kathryn L. Tuthill, age 79, passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2006.
Mrs. Tuthill was born in Wilmington, DE, on June 16, 1927, daughter of the late Millard O. and Kathryn (Lafferty) Passwater. She was a consummate homemaker, unconditionally devoted to her family. Kathryn was also a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church.
Mrs. Tuthill was predeceased by her husband, Allen B. Tuthill, Sr. in 1995; and her sister, Mildred Brennan. She is survived by her sons, Millard W. Passwater, of Middletown, DE, Allen B. Tuthill, Jr., of Batesville, MS and Donald W. Tuthill, of Middletown, DE; daughter, Kathy L. Chambers, of New Castle, DE; 13 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and nephew, Dennis Brennan.
A funeral service will be held at the CHARLES P. ARCARO FUNERAL HOME, 2309 Lancaster Ave. (opp. Cathedral Cemetery), on Friday morning, December 22, at 10:30 am. Entombment will follow in Cathedral Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Friday morning, prior to service, after 10 am.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kathryn's memory to St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 345 Bear-Christian Rd., Bear, DE 19701.
