AGE: 19 • Wilmington
Kevin departed this life suddenly on July 10, 2015, in Christiana Hospital. He is the beloved son of Kyle Ferguson and Farrah Hernandez; brother of Trenee Ferguson, Kyleir Bell, and soon to be born sister, Mariyah Annette Atkins; step-brother of Marvin Atkins, III. Also survived by paternal grandmother, Trina Ferguson; god-parents Lila, TC and Luis; god-brothers, Luie & CJ; god-sisters Mercedes & Bella; best friend Julian; 10 aunts, 8 uncles, & a host of cousins, other family and friends. Funeral Service 12 pm, Monday, July 20th, at Congo Funeral Home, 2317 N. Market St., Wilm. 19802; viewing 10-11:45 am only. Entombment Silverbrook.

Kevin, I know you are looking down on us from Heaven. At the same time, I'm looking up thanking God for being blessed to have known you, and the good times and conversations we shared. I will carry those memories in my heart until we meet again in God's glory. Real love endures all things. I remember Kevin as a funny and hard working student in 8th grade. He always had a smile for everyone and was greatly loved by all that met him. I am truly sorry for your loss. Please take comfort in knowing that Kevin will live on in many hearts and minds.

Kevin was a considerate, polite, and trustworthy human being. I got the chance to chat with him at his job last month. Always personable, Kevin was just plain happy. I will cherish that conversation for life. I am so sorry for your loss. RIP Kevin.
