Kyrell departed this life January 09, 2015. Son of Titus Shaw and Sabrina Lewis; grandson of Florence Shaw, who raised and cared for him; brother of Kyhira Lewis and Tanjanaee Roberson; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Kyrell also leaves to cherish his memory, Darnell "DJ" Chandler, who he cared for as a son. He worked as a General Laborer for Fiber Processing Co. Funeral 11am, Fri., Jan. 23rd at CONGO FUNERAL HOME, 2317 N. Market St., Wilm, DE; viewing 9-10:45am only. Burial, Silverbrook Cemetery.

Kyrell was a student of ours at New Castle MAP. Kyrell would say, "Mrs. A, I got your back" and I never worried about disgruntled students when he was around. I'm sorry for your loss and will keep you, his family, in my prayers.

Ms. Shaw, I am so sorry to see this. My heart is broken. I don't know if you remember me, but I was Kyrell's first and second grade teacher and I think of you and Kyrell every year. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.
