Lawrence CAMPBELL Obituary

Lawrence A. Campbell "Larry" Lawrence Campbell, age 70, of Elkton, MD, died February 5, 2005 at Late Residence Casparus Way, after a long fight with colon cancer. Lawrence was born in Chester, PA on October 12, 1934. He was with Coast Guard from 1953-1958, Korean Conflict. He owned and operated Howard V. Campbell & Son Roofing in Wallingford, PA. He was a member of Elkton United Methodist Church, Methodist Men and Board of Trustees. He was a member of Masonic Penn Lodge #709, Concordville, PA, life member. He was a member and president of the St. Johns Manor Civic Association and Commodore of the St. Johns Manor Pier Association. He enjoyed fishing, boating, hunting, and gardening. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Nancy J. Campbell of Elkton, MD; son, Bruce A. Campbell and wife, Regina of Ridley Park, PA; son, Paul T. Campbell and his devoted friend, Tracy of Salisbury, MD; grandchildren, Anna Campbell, Kaitlyn Campbell, Kelly Campbell and Paige Cassell; brother, David Campbell of Wallingford, PA. A celebration of his life will be held in Elkton United Methodist Church, Main St., Elkton, MD on Wednesday, February 9, 2005 at 11 am by Reverend Karen Bunnell. Interment will be private. Memorial Contribution may be made to Elkton United Methodist Church c/o GEE FUNERAL HOME.
