Born in Dover, DE on November 16, 1925; departed this life June 1, 2015.
Lottie is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph M. Andrews; parents, Mary Miller and Frank Demby, Jr.; children, John Carroll and Brenda Murray; sister, Delia Ballock, brother, Frank Demby.
Lottie leaves to cherish her memories, 2 sons, Terry Wise (Nomima), Joseph L. Andrews (Tanya); 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; 1 brother, Edward Demby and a host of extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 8, at Evan W. Smith Funeral Services, 201 N. Union St., Wilmington, DE. Family and friends will gather from 10-11:00 a.m. with memorial service to follow. Interment Private.
