Sincere sympathy to Neil's family. He was my ob/gyn for many years and delivered 4 of my children. The last delivery he did for us was our son, Ryan Cornelius,in 1993. Neil was his Godfather. Over the years we lost touch, and are saddened to hear of his passing. What a wonderful doctor and friend. He will be missed.

To Dr. Hoffman beloved daughter and family;
We will forever remember him as a super super kind hearted, very intelligent professional. Always remember the wonderful times that we gather with him for Chinese cuisine.
May you be in a better more peaceful place!
Again my most sincere condolences to his family.

I remember Dr. Hoffman as very caring, very compassionate. My child was close to death when delivered and I will never forget the genuine kindness given to me from him. He delivered my other child and I often felt he was more than my doctor...my friend that I could share my feelings and thoughts with and not be judged. I trusted him completly. He has always been in my prayers and will continue to be. My sincere condolences to his family.

Dr. Hoffman was my OB/GYN doctor many years ago. He delivered one on my sons and took care of me for two other surgeries. He was the most caring, compassionate doctor. RIP Dr. Hoffman.
