NANCY MORRIS Obituary
(Grabowski)
Age 67 of Hockessin, DE, formerly of Wilmington, died July 8, 2005.
She was a graduate of Goldey Beacom College. Of Nancy's varied careers as a legal secretary for 2 of Wilmington's finest law firms and as the coordinator of the Diversity Program at the University of Delaware, she enjoyed her job as a talented and devoted mother, wife and homemaker the most. Nancy enjoyed international travel, gourmet cooking, entertaining friends, needlework and gardening. She had a bold and fun personality which could fill up a room and enliven every occasion.
Her husband, Emerson L. Morris, predeceased her. She is survived by her children, Karen G. Thomas and her husband, James, of Jenkintown, PA, Suzanne G. Vitale and her husband, Tony, of Poughquag, NY, and Sarah G. Goudy and her husband, G. Michael, of Kennett Square, PA; siblings, Patricia B. Stalter of Rochester, NY and Robert J. Bruce of Baltimore, MD; and her mother, Agnes G. Bruce of Baltimore, MD. Nancy is also survived by her grandchildren, Jimmy, Billy, Sarah, Summer, Nicholas, and Jacob.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday, July 14, 2005, at 2 pm at St. Joseph on the Brandywine Church, 10 Old Church Road, Greenville, DE. Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery.
