My sincere condolences to Nick's family in their time of sadness. God rest Nick's soul.
I knew Nick for many years when he worked in Air Force Education. Nick was the real deal. His love and dedication for those around him and his work was so very obvious...he wore it like a badge. His family was first and foremost, but due to his indefatigable energy, humor, and smarts he had plenty left over for the rest of us. Thanks Nick.

He cared deeply about his students, public service and his country. This world is a better place because he was with us. May he rest in peace.
