Nicholas Weaver Obituary
Wilmington, Del. - Nicholas Thomas Weaver, Sr., age 38, of Wilmington, DE and formerly of New Castle, passed away suddenly on Friday, December 14, 2018.
Nick was born in Wilmington and graduated from Wilmington High School. He was very active in their baseball and football programs. He was currently working in the HVAC/plumbing industry.
Nick was an huge Greenbay Packers fan and an avid player of sports. After hours he would spend time collecting sports memorabilia.
Nick is survived by his sons, Nicholas T. Weaver, Jr. and Jaxon Weaver, both of Wilmington, his father, Kenneth C. Weaver, Sr. and wife Jennifer Weaver, his mother, Diana Lynn Comegys, his brothers; Shannon Comegys, Sean Downs and Ken Weaver, his sisters; Carrie Weaver Nelson and Kristina Weaver, all of New Castle county.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 10:30 am at GEBHART FUNERAL HOME, 531 Delaware Street, New Castle, DE 19720. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 9:30 to 10:30 am. Interment will follow at Gracelawn Memorial Park, Wilmington, DE.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that you make a donation to the charity of your choice.
