REBA RASH Obituary
Age 85, of Newark, DE passed away on July 1, 2009 at the home of her daughter, Eleanor Gommer with whom she lived for 22 years.
Mrs. Rash was a line inspector for Webb's Cleaners before retiring.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard T. Rash and her sister, Eleanor Hubbard. Reba is survived by her children, Evelyn Walker and husband Robert, Dorothy McGrath and husband James, all of Wilmington, Carolyn Daisey and husband Terry of Dagsboro, DE, Eleanor Gommer and husband Barry of Newark and Harry Rash and wife Diane of Ocala, FL; 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
Reba's family would like to give special thanks to Christiana Care 6A ACE Unit and Delaware Hospice for their love and support during her illness.
The funeral service will be held on Friday July 3 at 2 pm in the chapel of Gracelawn Memorial Park, N. Dupont Highway, New Castle. Friends are welcome at 1 pm. Burial will be in the adjoining memorial park.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Delaware Hospice, 3515 Silverside Rd. Wilmington, DE 19810.
