I had known Ozzie for most of my life. Most recently he worked for me as an equipment operator at Artesian Water. Though he was so much more than just an operator. If he had done all he could with the machine, he wouldn't just sit there, he would get down and grab a rake or a shovel, always ready to get dirty with the guys, as long as he could get an ice cream on the way back to the shop. I don't believe he could ever have an enemy,as he was always a gentelman. It was my privlage to have him as a co-worker and friend. He is already soreley missed. Chris Thurlow
