Today, on the one year anniversary of your memorial, I am still missing you, Brother Rog. But I have good memories to comfort me and many of your friends have stayed in touch; so you live on in our hearts. You have left behind a beautiful daughter, too. I extend my sincere condolences to her. Brianna, it is my wish that I can learn more about you and hope for help in that regard.

I was very sorry to lose contact with Rog since my wedding in 1972. We were good friends at Mt Pleasant. I remember he was one of the group playing touch in various back yards in our neighborhood. My sympathies to his friends and family.

A close friend all through school starting in second grade. Never forget the house on the rock they built next to the old Conant home. The last two at Brandywine Raceway, card games at Dunlaps after school, HS basketball games and the Pit afterwards. Wow what a tennis player. So sorry about the rough times post Viet Nam. Fond rememberences for all who loved you.

Missing you, Dear Brother.
Needed a good hearty belly laugh and you weren't here to ensure one.
Wanted you to know, though, that your friends and many fellow members of the St. Anthony's Social Club have been very good to me out of their love for you.
Rest easy.
Love,
Marsha

Roggy: You are now with your dearest friend, the immortal "Sir Ronald Biddle"...the Superstar who first uttered those infamous words you are most remembered by: "Roger would step over Rachel Welch to bet a $2.00 Exacta." Rest In Peace my friend. Pickles

I was saddened to hear of the passing of Roger Conant. He was a delightful person to be around, and everyone has a "Roger story" to share. I remember he and little Billy Tobin crushing all comers on the tennis courts, back in the day. A gifted athlete, like my sister Kathy, who also lost her fight with cancer last year. may God bless both of them...forever...Amen.

I CONSIDER MYSELF VERY FORTUNATE TO HAVE CROSSED PATHS WITH ROGER AND WE BECOME FRIENDS ENJOYING EACH OTHER'S COMPANY AND SHARING A LOT OF STORIES AND VIEWS. HE HAD HIS VERSION OF MY NICKNAME AND YELLED OUT CUBEALITIS WHENEVER HE SAW ME. HE WAS INTELLIGENT, INTERESTING, AND FUN TO BE AROUND, A REAL GENTLEMAN. HE IS ON A VERY SHORT LIST OF PEOPLE I WILL REALLY MISS.

I could tell 100 Roger Conant stories but one he was very proud of was when we played TPC Sawgrass and he birdied the 17th hole the 1st time he ever played it.I also remember Roger pulling my ball out of the hole on the 11th at Concord for a hole in one in Bill Taylor's tournament. So many good times and classic moments with Roger...he made life fun!!I will miss him a lot.
