Ruby Wiggins Obituary
New Castle - Mother Wiggins transitioned on November 26,2018. Viewing will take place on Monday, December 3, 2018 from 9am to 11am at New Hope Baptist Church, 1230 N. Heald St., Wilmington, DE. Celebration of Life will follow the viewing. Interment will take place at Gracelawn Memorial Park.

My condolences to the Wiggins family. Miss Ruby was one of the sweetest people I have ever known. I can't ever remember seeing her without a smile on her face. Thanks for sharing your mom with all of us in Rosehill Gardens.

Ms Ruby was a mother to all who grow up back in the day. Always had a smile on her face an the softest voice. I extend condolences to the family. She will be missed. Well done they good and faithful servant. Rest In Peace Ms.Ruby.
