Age 84, of Wilmington, DE, died November 18, 2006 at Wilmington Hospital, Wilmington, DE.
Stephen lived in Wilmington, DE for the last 43 years, formerly from the West End of Chester, PA. He worked at Sun Ship Dry Dock Company in Chester as an Electrical Engineer for 40 years, retiring in 1981. He served in World War II in the Navy, where he was a CPO.
He is predeceased by his father and mother, Michael Felcher and Kathryn Boloski Felcher. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Rita M. (Kulakowski) Felcher; sons, Wayne Felcher of Glen Mills, PA and Barry Felcher of New Castle, DE; daughter, Loraine Felcher of Daytona Beach, FL; 3 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
Calling will be after 9 am, on Wednesday, November 22, at the KANIEFSKI-KENDUS-D'ANJOLELL MEMORIAL HOME, 3900 West 9th Street, Trainer, PA; followed by an 11 am funeral service at the memorial home. Interment in Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, PA.
