Stephen Horgan Obituary
Wilmington - Stephen L. "Steve" Horgan, age 67, passed away suddenly at home on Monday, November 26th 2018.
A native Delawarean, Steve was born in Wilmington, DE, on January 25, 1951, and was a son of the late James and Rita (Jackson) Horgan.
Steve was the affable owner of Movable Feast, a café, take-out shop and catering business in Wilmington for more than 30 years with his brother and business partner, Mark Horgan.
Most important to Steve was his family, friends, food, wine and love for cycling. He was always giving to anyone who asked. Steve will be remembered as a loving father, loyal friend, for his sense of humor and his dedication to the community.
In addition to his parents, Steve was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Horgan. He is survived by his daughter, Abigail "Abby" Horgan; brothers, James Horgan (Anne), Mark Horgan (Marko); sisters, Karen Coning, Marianne O'Donnell (Bernie) and Rita Marie Moore; many nieces and nephews; and his Movable Feast family.
A Celebration of Steve's Life will be held from 5:30 pm until 8:30 pm, on Friday, November 30, 2018, at the Wilmington home of his friends, Julie and Jonathan Russ. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Steve's memory to Urban Bike Project, P.O. Box 729, Wilmington, DE 19899.

Rodney Street will never be the same. Mark and I moved in 3 years ago and Steve became our friend. We will miss his warm presence and his laugh - how I loved that laugh! Our Welcome Summer parties and Halloween will never be the same. We are very sad and send our deep condolences to Steve's family.
