Steven K. Mundell, originally from Bear, DE, age 30, died Monday, March 31, 2008 at his home in Locust Grove, VA.
He was a very caring and loving man and a good friend to all who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Karen J. Mundell (2006). Karen was his childhood sweetheart, the light of his life and his world. He was also preceded in death by his father, Dennis J. Mundell (2003); and his brother, Kenneth G. Church (2005). He is survived by his loving mother, Marie P. Mundell; his sister, Hazel M. Pickering; his brother, Dennis M. Mundell and his wife, Becky all of Locust Grove, VA; his daughter, Savannah Parsons of Pennsylvania; his maternal grandparents, Harry and Hazel Dreyer of Newark, DE; his aunts and uncles, Sarah and Jack Lemmon of Ohio, Elwood and Debbie Church, and Robert and Denise Church both of Middletown, DE, Linda S. Forgione of Smyrna, DE, David and Susan Church of Colorado, and Garry and Barbara Church of Waterford, NJ; his nephews Steven and Brandon Mundell, Toby and Nicholas Pickering; many other great aunts and uncles and good friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the service at Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Elsmere on Saturday, April 5th at 12 noon. Friends may call at the funeral home after 11 a.m. Interment in Hickory Grove Cemetery, Port Penn Rd., Port Penn, DE.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Krienen-Griffith Funeral Home, 1400 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilmington, DE 19805.
