Theresa Cann Obituary
Age 71 passed away surrounded by her family on Wednesday October 12, 2011. She was born in Wilmington, DE to the late James P. and Angela R. Corradin. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Hugh F. Cann and her grandson, John Bare.
Theresa loved shopping, reading and crossword puzzles. However, her greatest joy was her role as a homemaker. She loved spending time with her family. She made holidays and family occasions special by cooking delicious meals that her family could enjoy together. She was a good friend to everyone she met and will be sadly missed by all.
She is survived by her daughters, Lorraine Bare (Leon), Loretta Uhrick (Stephen), Terrie Francks (Paul) and Michele Cann (Joe); son, Hugh J, Cann; brothers, James Corradin (Joan), and Jerry Corradin (Joan) Also left to cherish her memory are her grandchildren, Carissa, Ashley, Lauren, Alicia and Joe and 4 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 12 pm on October 17, at MCCREY & HARRA FUNERAL HOME, 3710 Kirkwood Hwy., Wilmington, where family and friends are invited to call after 11 am. Entombment will follow in Cathedral Cemetery, Wilmington.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to the American Liver Foundation, 39 Broadway, Suite 2700, New York, New York 10006.

Theresa was my grandmother and she will be greatly missed. She knew how to keep the family together and to make every holiday special. She was truly an amazing person.
