I was thinking about Bill today. He was such a wonderful and caring board member for Easterseals. Always helpful and willing to do whatever needed to be done. He was very smart, a great listener and just a pleasure to know. I miss him.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Nancy and the family on the loss of such a sweet man. Bill was a tremendous board member and volunteer for Easter Seals over the last 37 years. He always had a quick smile and a warm handshake or embrace. He enjoyed telling us about his trips with Nancy since his retirement. He will be missed by all his friends at Easter Seals.

While I was a "late" arrival at Kennett, Bill always made me feel welcomed with his humor and infectious smile. Thoughts and prayers go to Nancy and their families.

Bill was a wonderful man and a great community leader and volunteer. He joined the United Way of Southern Chester County's Board of Directors in 2010 and spent countless hours helping his community. He passed away as our Board President and we will deeply miss his calm thoughtful leadership and sense of humor. He personified the quote, “You make a living by what you get, you make a life by what you give.” Bill was that giver in time and energy. He was a great man.

Our lives will be so much emptier without Bill. Words can't express the sorrow we feel. He has left a huge hole in my heart and the hearts of all who knew him. He touched my life deeply and forever. Tom and I send our prayers to his wonderful wife Nancy and his son Brooke and all of their extended families. He will be missed.
