1922-2015 Albert R. Bilovsky, age 92, of Garnet Valley, PA died peacefully on March 17, 2015 surrounded by his loving family at Taylor Hospice House in Ridley Park, PA. Born and educated in Lansford, PA he graduated in 1940 from Lansford High School. He joined the Civilian Conservation Corps in 1940 in Flagstaff and Sedona, AZ. He was then drafted into the US Army Air Corps, stationed in the South Pacific and Guam. He served on B-29 Aircraft as a Staff Sergeant and was discharged in 1946. Al retired from the City of Chester, employed in the Public Affairs Department at the Chester Police Dept., as a non-uniformed employee. He has resided in Garnet Valley since 1996 and previously Chester, PA. He was an avid Philly sports fan. In addition to his parents, Valentine and Mary (nee) Toker Bilovsky, he is preceded in death by his life partner and longtime loving companion, Theresa R. Livingston and siblings, Frank, Joseph, Val Jr., Mary, Olga and Anna. He is survived by his loving stepson and his wife, John and Jean Livingston, a granddaughter, Jennifer (Curt) Nath and a great grandson, Andrew. Funeral services will be held on Monday night, 7:30PM where friends may call from 6:30-7:30PM at the Pagano Funeral Home, 3711 Foulk Rd, Garnet Valley, PA. Interment, Private.
