Just heard of Fred's passing. Knew Freddie back to the P&J days on Fox street. Haven't seen him since I retired in 2006. One of the true good guys; used to kid about when he was at Bonner & I was at LaSalle, and did he still have my cleat marks on his back. Sorry I didn't get the word earlier as I would have been at the funeral. Peace & Love, Brother.

I miss Fred, I have missed him for years. I believe he distanced himself because he didn't want me to see him in poor condition. Fred was a rock. He was one of the last strong silent men whom you could always depend upon. He is at Peace. Duke and Michael were raised by one of the best. Barbara had a guy who was true. I have years of memories of this terrific man. Rest with God.
