oh Annette,
It wasn't real at first..
Reality has set in this week that you are not coming back to #209. I've felt like you were on one of your vacations and that you were coming back .. and you are not.
It's so hard being here without you everyday. It will never be the same.I know you'd want me to hold down the good old MPDC fort, and I'll give it my all for you.
I can only imagine how excited Vinny is to see you and what trouble you two are going to start up there! I imagine him with his jolly laugh laughing at us crying. He can't be sad for us because he is too happy to see you again. Please give him a big kiss for me or slap him and tell him we weren't ready to share you.
You are one of the most generous people .. I mean FRIENDS I'll ever meet in my lifetime. If you were here I'd have 2 large Easter baskets on my desk for my girls. I will forever be grateful for that!
I could never say good bye to you as a boss because you were truly one of my best friends.
I love you.
PS I know you took all the scissors again .. :)

My prayers and thoughts go out to her family, close friends and all who had the priviledge of knowing her. From her days in CHHS (She seemed to be everywhere!)through her very full life, and all her accomplishments Annette was such a wonderful person and great friend. She was Leader in bringing together an entire school (all years) in so many CHHS reunions, and she will be missed dearly!(Perhaps she will start the BIG reunion in heaven!)Annette had a special energy about her and a great love of life. I will always remember her wonderful smile and kindness. Rest in Peace my dear friend, Love always, Jackie (Lawson) May
I visited with her in Hospice the day before she passed and she was still sharp, smiled and asked how friends were doing. She will remain in our hearts.

We celebrate a life well lived and Annette's wonderful contribution to so many deserving causes. So full of life--always a smile and hearty laugh. She will be missed, but will continue to touch so many lives well into the future. It was impossible to grow up in Clifton and not know her. Our condolences to Annette's family. Dear Jack, we feel so sorry for the loss of your lovely Annette. Although we only met her once, those two days in Munich last year, she made a fine impression on us. Such a sympathetic character! We hoped to see each other once again, ever in Germany maybe, the four of you. We wish you much strength and courage to go on without her.

I am saddened to hear that Annette has passed away and so young! I did not know she was sick and I hope she did not die suddenly. She was a lovely landlord and always helpful. In fact I found out as I was trying to find her contact information to get a letter for my rental resume. If you could pleas put me in touch with the appropriate person for Cresheim Valley Apartments in Philadelphia I would appreciate it very much.
May the Holy One be your consoler -
