Charlene Smalls Charlene Smalls of Chester passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 14, 2013 after fighting a courageous battle. Charlene "Char" was born in Brooklyn, NY to Mamie Ruth White Thomas and late Willie Lee Thomas on August 29, 1969. She attended schools in New York and later moved to Chester and graduated from Chester Upland School District. Survivors: Her daughters: Sherlotti, TracyLee and Olivia; her brothers Carl R. Jr. and Willie Jermaine; granddaughters Tremai and Tiana Service of Love: Friday, September 20, 2013 10:00 AM at Community Baptist Church 325 W. 7th Street Chester, Pa
